WHY WE LIKE EM': The fresh, Southern Americana Rock sounds of Big Mama Shakes, is likable and fun, and it makes us feel nostalgic. Their commanding stage presence and originality is a reminder of the Rock Stars of yore, and that Rock Stars still exist in 2017. Influenced by Springsteen, Muddy Waters, Van Morrison and CCR, these boys have carved out a unique niche in the modern Rock n' Roll genre.

CHECK THEM OUT IF: You Like Classic Rock, Traditional Country, Singing in the Shower, Sipping a "Cold One" After Work, Cant Help But Look Twice When You See a 1970's Hot Rod, & Still Love Those Worn Out Jeans You've Had for Over 20 Years.

WHY YOU SHOULD SEE THEM: This Americana Rock Band out of Richmond, VA, was one of the 2017 Homecoming Festival "Fan Favorites," and they're well on their way to THE BIG TIME. It is possible that BMS fans won't have too many more of these intimate opportunities to catch them before they're shelling out the big bucks to watch them on a jumbo-tron.
