Purchasing Concert & Event Tickets

Tickets may be purchased at a discounted rate in advance online, or at the gate.

Notification of sold-out events will be posted on our Events page, and on Facebook.

Most events are all ages & family friendly, but some shows are 21+. Please be sure to check the event description for each event before purchasing tickets. Ticket prices usually range between $10-35 per show.

What to Bring:

A traditional outdoor music venue, our goal is to give you the "festival feel," for every outdoor event. Traffic free, you can put your toes and tots in the grass, and kick back with little worry. 

We do not offer assigned seating, which means you can bring the creature comforts of your choice. Please be respectful to those around you and refrain from setting up camp close to the stage if you're bringing an umbrella or other cumbersome items. No outside food or beverages allowed. Pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals.

Events that are held in The Barn, are general admission, unless otherwise specified.

Directions & Parking

4301 Longdale Furnace Rd, Clifton Forge, VA

From the East: I-64, exit 35 (Longdale Furnace Rd) Turn Left on Longdale Furnace Rd. Travel 4 miles, and the venue will be on your left. Follow the signs for Parking.

From the West: I-64, exit 29. Turn Right off the Exit, and then make a Left on Longdale Furnace Rd. Travel 2.3 miles miles, and the venue will be on the Right. Follow signs for Parking. 

Note: If you are handicapped or have mobility issues, please inform a parking attendant upon arrival. 

Concessions

Food & drink concessions are available at all of our events, and include: Food Truck Vendors, Virginia Craft Beer & Virginia Wine, Soft Drinks & Water. 

Admission & Entry

Gates open at 7pm for all shows, with music starting around 7:45- 8pm. Gates/Doors open for entry until 10:00pm. *No re-entry after 10:00pm. All guests must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by an adult. Some shows are 21+, so be sure to check the event description, or event flyer.
